Excellent diagnostic and solution focused skills
I worked with Don Butler on the Pan Pac rebuild following the Cyclone Gabriel damage. Mr Butler is an excellent Electrician and Technician, regularly sorting and diagnosing technical problems and solutions related to complicated DCS and inter PLC controls. I would call on him to help my team at various stages throughout this project with excellent advice and help given. He also demonstrated good project management skills.
He also has excellent work ethic, along with maintaining a professional and fun working relationship with people.
